Philip Denning, Planner I
Philip is the most recent addition to Concordia. He received his Bachelor of Urban Planning from the School of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning at the University of Cincinnati. During his studies, he spent his time learning about all aspects of urban places, including planning, politics, design, and real estate development.
He had the opportunity to work as an intern in Berkeley, California and with Concordia here in New Orleans. In addition, he volunteered for the Over-the-Rhine Chamber of Commerce in Cincinnati, where he helped further their mission of “promoting economic vitality and fostering a socially and culturally diverse” historic community.
After returning to work full time at Concordia, Philip is working on strategic and comprehensive planning projects.
In his spare time, he enjoys spins on his bike, exploring his new city, reading, making music and cooking. His favorite color is Pantone 179 C.
