Jeff Hébert, Director of Planning

In his role at Concordia, Jeff is the Director of Planning and manages the firm’s planning portfolio. Currently, he is spending the bulk of his time managing Pre Design services for the Emeryville Center of Community Life in Emeryville, CA. Other projects include strategic consulting for the Louisiana State Museum’s Civil Rights Museum, planning for the Lagniappe Academies charter school in New Orleans, Healthy Neighborhoods toolkit development with the Louisiana Public Health Institute, and strategic planning for the Max Hayes High School in Cleveland.
Formerly, Jeff served as Director of Community Planning for the Louisiana Recovery Authority (LRA). At the LRA, Jeff co-managed the Louisiana Speaks Planning process and served as the state’s representative to the Unified New Orleans Plan (UNOP) leadership team. Jeff managed the Long Term Community Recovery Program targeted to finance community-driven local recovery plans. In addition, Jeff created the $3 mil Planning Capacity Building Program to fund additional planning staff in communities affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
