Concordia along with project partners Artistic Logistics and Economic Research Associates led the foundation’s board through a long-range strategic planning process. The objective was to strengthen the board’s ability to be an effective leader within the cultural economy post-Katrina. Our work focused on a holistic approach to maximizing NOJHFF impact within the cultural, educational and economic areas in which they invest approximately $3-4 million annually.
