The Groves at Mile Branch Creek is a single and multi family affordable housing development in Covington, Louisiana. When complete, it will comprise 22 buildings with 94 rental housing units and a community center. Developed by Volunteers of America’s Renaissance Neighborhood Development Corporation in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity, Concordia’s role is design lead, collaborating with MSH Architects. The Groves reference historic vernacular architecture of Covington, updated to meet contemporary housing needs.
